In order to make your Bayo online shopping experience become more convenient, efficient and enjoyable please take note of the following policies:
1. Items to be exchanged must be in saleable/marketable condition and must be returned in their original condition. Original Receipts, Waybill Form and Hang Tags must be attached as this is considered part of the product.
- Note: Exchange of items applies only for DAMAGED items. We do not allow return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet your expectations in fitting / liking. That's why it is very essential to check first the SIZE CHART OF EACH PRODUCT before submitting any orders.
2. Damaged items must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s. Customers can notify through email@example.com
3. However, all damaged/defective product(s) are subject to inspection. If proven to be damaged, we will deliver the items directly to your shipping address at our own cost.
4. For items purchased within Metro Manila, customers may return the item(s) at any Bayo outlets within 7 working days after receiving email confirmation from BAYO regarding your damaged items report. But the exchange item will still be mailed to your shipping address indicated after 7 — 10 working days.
5. Customer will receive an email confirmation upon the completion of the exchange.
