PURCHASING ONLINE can be so easy, fun and hassle free, all you need to do is follow these steps:
 
1. Login your existing BAYO account or Sign up to create a new Bayo account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can SIGN UP and create your own account. Otherwise, LOGIN using your personalized Bayo username and password and be ready to browse the site and make your purchase online.

Note : You must receive an email confirming your registration. Once you received the said email, you can now login and start purchasing online. But, if you don’t receive an email within an hour after creating an account, please notify us through thebayostore@bayo.com.ph.

2. Choose the item/s you want to purchase.

  • Place the cursor to the PRODUCT so you can choose what brand you can browse. Then, you choose a category then the particular item you want.
  • Available brands: BAYO, KIDS OF BAYO and MISSY.
  • Available categories: Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Swimwear and GC.
  • Once you’re decided on the item you want to purchase, choose the color, size and the quantity you’re buying. Then, click “Add to my Shopping Bag” button then follow the instruction.
  • You will be directed to the Shopping cart page, here you may choose continue to shopping if you want to add more items or otherwise, click on proceed to checkout.
  • At the checkout orders page, you will be asked to enter shipping details and then click review orders and shipping details.
  • At the review orders and shipping details, you must check written information carefully because you can’t edit it anymore after clicking the “Pay Over the counter” or “Pay Using Credit Card” button.
  • Disclaimer: Make sure you have read and understood our Return & Exchange policy before completing your order.

3. Payment Process.

Credit Card Payment
  • On Review Orders and Shipping Details page, check your shipping details and then click the “Pay Using Credit Card” button.
  • You’re now connected to the Pesopay payment service page, just follow the instructions and enter all the information needed
  • At the end of the process, aside from the virtual receipt that you can print, you will receive an email confirming your order/s.

 

Over the Counter Payment
  • On Review Orders and Shipping Details page, check your shipping details and then click the “Pay Over the Counter” button.
  • You will receive an email with complete details where you can deposit your payment.
  • Once the payment is completed, send us a copy of the deposit slip via email at thebayostore@bayo.com.ph or via fax at 421-62-04.
  • We will send an email to confirm that we received your payment.

Note: Failure to pay or submit the deposit slip within 3 working days will automatically cancel your transaction, thus, payment is non-refundable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Currently, AIR21, Xend and 2GO handle our local shipping. We also accommodate International shipping. You can check our website regularly, join our mailing list and facebook or follow us on twitter to receive updates on our promos and events.

Ordered Items are expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days for local shipping and 3-10 working days for International. Note that the usual cause of delay is location.
