Our company LYNCOR, INC. was incorporated in May 17, 1992 to serve the growing needs of the brand BAYO. The company’s management teams, who are also the Directors of the company, personally attend to all aspects of operations to ensure quality work, quality products, and accurate figures.

It is the positiveness that drove Management ahead to our next step towards growth. Right now, we have 49 branches located in key cities in the Philippines. AREA MANAGER

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any business related course.
• Female, 35 years old and below.
• Must be computer proficient, must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field as a Supervisor or Manager.
• With experience in any reputable retail establishment is an advantage.
• Work well in a team and with a wide range of people, be able to motivate and inspire a team.
• Be organized and methodical; be proactive and able to take the initiative.
• Be well presented in a professional manner, be persuasive and diplomatic.
• With good moral character and trustworthy.
• Willing to travel and willing to grow with the company.

ACCOUNTING/FINANCE MANAGER

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree major in Accounting/Accountancy.
• Preferably Certified Public Accountant but not necessarily.
• Female, 35 years old and below.
• Must have excellent analytical and management skills, exemplary task and execution skills and good time management.
• Must be keen to details.
• Must be computer proficient, must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• With at least 3 years of working experience in the related field preferably earned in a retail industry as a Supervisor, Officer or Manager.
• Must be willing to work in Pasig City.
• Work well in a team and with a wide range of people, be able to motivate and inspire a team.
• Be organized and methodical; be proactive and able to take the initiative.
• Be well presented in a professional manner, be persuasive and diplomatic.
• With good moral character and trustworthy.
• Willing to grow with the company.

ACCOUNTING/FINANCE ASSISTANT

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree major in Accountancy.
• Female, 30 years old and below.
• Must be single.
• Must be computer proficient, must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be analytical, hardworking and with keen eye for details.
• With experience in accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll and taxes, collection, business taxes and financial statement.
• Be able to respond well to pressure.
• Work well in a team and with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure – and multi-task.
• Should be a "self-starter."
• With good moral character and trustworthy.
• Willing to grow with the company.

IT ASSISTANT

• College or Vocational course graduate (any computer related course)
• Male, 30 years old and below.
• With working experience in the IT field, with emphasis on networking, in depth troubleshooting, server maintenance and maintenance of all IT tools.
• Must have technical experience in PC hardware repair and troubleshooting.
• With good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• With good moral character and trustworthy.
• Willing to travel and willing to grow with the company.

CASHIER / ASSISTANT CASHIER / STOCK (INVENTORY) CLERK
(Baguio, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo and Metro Manila)

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree major in any business related course.
• Female
• At least 18 years old
• Must be single
• At least 5'2" in height
• With pleasing personality and clear complexion
• Customer service oriented preferably with retail background.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to work on extended hours.
• Willing to travel and willing to be assigned in any branches.
• With good moral character and trustworthy.

SALES CLERK
(Baguio, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo and Metro Manila)

• College or Vocational course graduate
• Female
• 18-24 years old
• Must be single
• At least 5'2" in height
• With pleasing personality and fair complexion
• Customer service oriented preferably with retail background.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to work on extended hours.
• Willing to travel and willing to be assigned in any branches.
• With good moral character and trustworthy.

MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

• College or Vocational course graduate
• Male
• 35 years old and below
• Must have experience in the related field.
• Knowledgeable in carpentry, electrical, painting plumbing and/or mechanical works.
• Has the ability to follow both written and verbal instruction with great attention to detail is essential.
• Willing to work on extended hours.
• Willing to travel.
• With good moral character and trustworthy.
